Diagnostics
Modern cars require specialised computer equipment to analyse faults. Motor Medics have expensive, state of the art computer hardware and
software to analyse and recover from faults on most makes and models. If your vehicle has a problem this equipment will be used
to establish exactly what the fault is and assist in the repair process.
Unfortunately a few makes of cars and older cars require more specialised software to read faults so we may not be able to connect to your your car using our on-site computers. Usually we can still run the diagnostics using off-site facilities, but this may take longer and incur an additional charge so please check with us before bringing your vehicle to the garage for a fault diagnosis.
